Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of US Sales experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven expertise in insurance lead selling/Insurance Sales; prior leadership experience in this domain is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage night shift operations effectively.
