Responsibilities

  • Anaplan Platform Support & Operations
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise Anaplan applications and planning processes.
  • Monitor platform health, application performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and business-critical processes.

  • Validate inbound and outbound data flows between Anaplan and enterprise systems.

  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and security administration.

  • Demonstrate an AI-first mindset when performing daily operational and development activities.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve: Documentation

  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, Anaplan platforms, or business planning systems.
  • Anaplan Professional Solution Architect / Level 3 Model Builder Certifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting production applications and business-critical processes.
  • Strong understanding of: Anaplan modeling concepts
