Responsibilities

  • Monitor trends and risks in employee relations , recommending proactive measures to mitigate issues.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or HR advisory roles .
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour laws .
  • Proven experience handling employment disputes and attending labour court / industrial court matters .
  • Exposure to regional employment laws (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines) is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
