Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Technology or related field preferred with a minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Your Role at Delta Faucet The Group Leader (GL) provides direct supervision to the Team Leaders and production Team Members and is responsible for creating a safe work environment, meeting quality standards, achieving schedule compliance and on-time delivery, providing excellent customer service, attaining productivity goals, reducing cost, developing people, and continuous improvement. The GL is responsible for the performance of the plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost), day-to-day production activities, project coordination, leading improvement activities, and supervision of Team Leaders. Other responsibilities include developing Team Leaders, supporting new product launches, developing standardized work procedures, and finding innovative solutions to problems.
