Responsibilities
- Oversee all US America Wholesale divisions monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
- Analyze sales, margin, and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division
- Consolidate US and CA Wholesale reporting to review total NA
- Manage Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses
- Partner with divisional president and cross functional business partners to develop financial presentations to the CEO and other senior executives
- Compile and Review Wholesale reports to prepare for the quarterly earnings release
- Perform ad hoc projects and scenario analysis for Wholesale executives on an as needed basis
- Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst
- You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 7 years' work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity
- Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships
- Demonstrates flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving needs.
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify process and efficiency improvements
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
- Project management skills, from initial idea through execution
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- We'd Love to See:
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Public company experience preferred
- Experience with licensing accounting a plus
- Experience with Hyperion Planning/Reporting and Essbase a plus
- Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Must be a team player, with the ability to coach and develop
