Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its client's Safeguarding Children Partnership (SCP) Team based in Middlesbrough. This is a vital role within a busy team, providing statutory services and interventions to children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure their safety and well-being, while managing a varied and challenging caseload. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Undertake Children & Families assessments in line with statutory requirements Chair Core Groups and Child in Need meetings Prepare and maintain care plans and reports for children in our care Attend PLO meetings and contribute to pre-proceedings work Prepare Court evidence and attend hearings as required Work directly with children and families under Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and Court processes Carry out other social work tasks as directed by your manager
