Role Overview As an Account Payable Specialist, you will join our Finance team in Milan and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and with external suppliers to support the smooth running of AP activities. Your Mission Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct VAT treatment and supporting documentation. Manage manual and intercompany invoice postings and maintain accurate supplier master data. Monitor and resolve unmatched or unposted transactions, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Prepare AP accruals and support month-end and year-end closing activities, including supplier account reconciliations and VAT reviews. Prepare and execute supplier payment runs, including intercompany payments and Ri.Ba. processes, ensuring timely settlements. Support audit requests by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the continuous enhancement of Accounts Payable processes. Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments, responding to AP-related queries and supporting ad hoc Finance activities. Your Talent 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar Finance role. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Fluent in Italian and English. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Stealth, or similar) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Team player with good communication skills. Salary Range: € 30.000 - € 35.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL).
