Job Description Summary In this exciting new role, you will lead the execution of R&O Programmes and deliver projects that support key business goals. This is an exciting new project of establishing and executing a new Dowty Propeller Shop. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will provide programme management and logistics support services, support customer operations in delivering contractual requirements, and coordinate technical, logistics, quality assurance, maintenance, and repair activities. You will also support customer enquiries and meetings, while leading teams to resolve complex issues and achieve financial and contractual objectives within required timescales. Contribute and lead problem-solving initiatives and Kaizen activities to improve business performance, processes, and customer outcomes utilising FLIGHTDECK Provide programme leadership and hold P&L responsibility for assigned programmes, ensuring strong commercial and operational performance. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts. Drive continuous improvement across assigned business processes to enhance efficiency, performance, and service delivery. Key Activities and Essential Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate customer accounts, providing oversight of PMRs, action trackers, meeting minutes, and daily operational support to ensure effective account management. Manage contractual performance across assigned customer accounts, ensuring delivery against agreed commitments and performance expectations. Own the Dowty S&OP process for designated customer accounts, driving forecast accuracy and ensuring customer deliverables are achieved. Support financial performance management, including QMI processes, budgeting activities, and delivery against established baseline targets. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, achieve business objectives, and support internal stakeholder reviews, and deliver project outcomes successfully. Manage the accounts receivable process for assigned customer accounts, ensuring payment is received in line with contracted terms. Required Qualifications / Experience: Programme management / logistics experience gained within a relevant industry, e.g. Defence and aerospace, aviation, automotive etc Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Applications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work as part of a cross functional team and build relationships Ability to manage budget, timelines and resource effectively Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and organization Lean principles Desired Characteristics: Aviation or aerospace industry experience (ideal) Strong team player, collaborating across functions to achieve shared goals Positive can-do attitude and strategic thinking Adaptability to changing of priorities for customer demands Attention to detail for quality and accuracy in all aspects of program execution Resilience under pressure Risk awareness Conflict resolution Flexible Working GE supports and encourages flexible working arrangements, where possible, and recognises the benefits to employees of h
