Responsibilities
- Identify & Define research objectives, draft proposals and design q'naire.
- Select appropriate research methodologies, techniques & audience.
- Design quantitative research plans
- Liaise and finalise sample plan and partners

- Requirements & Skillsets
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate's Degree
- 5-8 years of professional market research experience including project management, research design, execution, and reporting.
- B2B Research experience is a must.
- Strong Quantitative technical research skills (Qualitative experience is preferred through not mandatory)
- Proficiency in analytical software (SPSS/Q)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge and implementation of statistical techniques, such as Monadic, Conjoint, and Max-Diff
- Experience working in at least one of the verticals: Finance, Automotive, Telecom, IT, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG and Public sector
- Experience working with global research projects across North America, Europe and Asia
- Able to work independently
- Effective troubleshooting skills -Able to proactively identify problems & implement workable solutions.
- Multi-tasker to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Demonstrated sound work ethic & attention to detail.
