Responsibilities

  • Network Building: You build and expand your industry network through social media, travel, and events, laying the foundation for future partnerships.

  • Experience: You have solid experience in partner management, business development, consulting or a similar area (ideally in the SaaS or even hotel environment).
  • Communication Strength: You are a natural networker, enjoy presenting enthusiastically on camera or in front of audiences, and have a knack for professional content and for meeting new people at the right moment.
  • Willingness to Travel: You enjoy being on the road, visiting your network partners and being present at shared events and trade fairs.
  • Organizational Talent: You can juggle many tasks at once - from commission accounting to strategic trade fair planning, you keep everything in view.
  • Analytical Mindset: You work goal-oriented and love to measure the success of your work by clear KPIs (leads, wins, appointments).
  • Tech Affinity: You have no reservations about technical topics (interfaces/dev calls) and work confidently with CRM and tracking systems.
  • Partner Pro: First experience in building and scaling ecosystems in partner management, consulting, or business development.
  • Communication Skills: You have a confident presence as the first point of contact for all external business relationships up to the C-level.
