You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: controlling the maintenance and development of various administrative directives using 50% knowledge of the established content and format requirements and the purposes and functions. Verifies the staff levels of clerical work units. Interviews operating personnel to collect 50% information on the quantity, kind, and level of positions in the units. Compares this information to authorized staffing levels to identify unapproved or vacant positions and other similar deviations from established requirements.
