Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in electrical engineering, with exposure to power generation, process plants, or renewable energy projects.
- Solid knowledge of E&I systems (instrumentation, field devices, automation, SCADA/DCS/PLC).
- Strong technical expertise in electrical power systems (MV/LV distribution, switchgear, protection relays, earthing, cables, transformers).
- Experience in EPC/EPCM project execution, including site supervision, commissioning, and contractor/vendor management.
- Familiarity with safety standards (LOTO, ATEX, arc-flash, SIL) and electrical regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Preferred
- Prior experience with Waste-to-Energy or Cogen plants.
- Hands-on involvement in smart plant digitalisation, predictive maintenance, or metering frameworks.
