Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies to various project sites. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site supervisors to prevent over stocking. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular price comparisons to ensure cost-effectiveness Administrative Support Prepare professional and accurate quotations for existing and prospective clients based on site requirements. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and service proposals. Maintain a database of standard pricing and contract terms to ensure consistency in client communications. Manage operational paperwork, including work orders, service reports, and incident logs. Other tasks as assigned
