Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair all equipment necessary to the manufacturing function in the packaging and shipping areas Perform other related duties as needed Required Qualifications Basic understanding of pneumatics and power transmissions (chain drives, e.g.) Ability to properly remove and install bearings Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical equipment Ability to read mechanical blueprints and drawings Accurate measuring ability Ability to furnish own tools Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
