Responsibilities
- Build the developer ecosystem strategy for Physical AI in MedTech, focused on surgical robotics and hospital automation.

- What we need to see:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, (or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years overall experience with 8+ years in solutions or developer-facing roles in healthcare robotics leveraging simulation, AI and real-time deployment stack.
- Proven background working with robotics software, simulation, computer vision, sensor processing, autonomous systems, or real-time edge AI.
- Experience building for developers: sample code, SDK integrations, reference architectures, technical blogs, workshops, demos, or open-source projects.
- Ability to engage deeply technical developers while translating platform value for product, business, and executive collaborators.
- Experience operating across an ecosystem: startups, enterprise partners, ISVs, researchers, systems integrators, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to simplify complex technology without losing the substance.
- Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Direct experience in healthcare robotics, surgical robotics, hospital automation, medical devices, digital surgery, or healthcare AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA robotics, simulation, edge AI, or accelerated computing platforms.
- Experience with sim-to-real pipelines, synthetic data generation, robot policy learning, digital twins, or real-time inference at the edge.
- A visible developer presence: open-source contributions, technical talks, community leadership, published tutorials, research collaborations, or developer education programs.
- Strong network across robotics developers, MedTech innovators, academic labs, hospitals, or healthcare ISVs.
- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
