Responsibilities
- Enterprise Strategy Development
- Lead the development of SMU PCE strategy, including identification of growth segments, strategic priorities, and differentiated positioning.
- Frame and evaluate strategic options and articulate clear recommendations for senior leadership decision making.

- Continuously review and evolve PCE strategy in response to market developments and internal learning.
- Change Management and Organisational Development
- Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new PCE strategy and operating models across SMU.
- Build stakeholder buy-in, shared ownership and institutional capability for transformation.
- Support VP(PCE) in driving broader organizational development and business transformation initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree, preferably with post graduate qualifications and at least 12 years of work experience in adult learning, lifelong learning or related sectors.
- Experience in strategy development, consulting or transformation roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise learning, skills frameworks, and curriculum design.
- Experience in market research, customer insights and programme evaluation methodologies
- Strong OD and change management capabilities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex systems and organisations.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
