About the role

p>We are hiring a Token Markets Analyst to track token markets and support trading and investment decisions with clear, timely research. You turn market data, on-chain activity, and project basics into short notes the desk can use. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>What you ll do /strong> /p> ul> li>Monitor prices, volume, and liquidity for assigned tokens and sectors /li> li>Track listings, unlocks, governance votes, and other events that can move markets /li> li>Draft daily or weekly summaries for traders and portfolio teams /li> li>Flag unusual on-chain flow, whale moves, or liquidity gaps /li> li>Maintain simple dashboards or spreadsheets (volume, spreads, dominance) /li> li>Support ad-hoc requests: "what changed on token X since yesterday?" /li> li>Keep a tidy archive of notes, links, and data sources for the team /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>What we re looking for /strong> /p> ul> li>1-2+ years in crypto research, trading support, or market analysis /li> li>Comfortable reading charts, order books, and basic on-chain explorers /li> li>Clear short-form writing in English /li> li>Structured approach: sources cited, assumptions stated /li> li>Interest in tokenomics, sectors (DeFi, L1/L2, gaming, etc.), and market structure /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Nice to have /strong> /p> ul> li>Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, or similar; basic SQL/Python for pulls /li> li>Experience preparing memos for traders or fund teams /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Compensation /strong> /p> ul> li>$150,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and location (details discussed at interview) /li> /ul> p> br> /p>
