Senior Accountant - US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead and support year-end audit processes, working closely with auditors and tax professionals
• Identify process improvements and contribute to financial strategy
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• CPA - Preferred
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of recent experience in US accounting (post-article ship)
• Strong experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience in handling year-end audits independently
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
