Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Completed N6 in Markerting qualification
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Technical Skills
- Comfortable shooting short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Basic video editing and content packaging skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
- Basic copywriting skills (captions, hooks, CTAs)
- Good eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling
- Ability to brief creative assets to designers
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advantageous:
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar tools
- Previous content creation or UGC experience
- Understanding of beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content
