Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall technology vision, strategy, and architecture for our digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end development and integration of our two core projects: Humanoid
• Robot Guest Service System and AI-Powered Data Analytics Platform.
• Build, manage, and mentor a new cross-functional digital team (AI, Software, Data,
• UI/UX).
• Ensure seamless integration of robotics, AI, software, and existing backend.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and technical quality.
• Champion innovation, scalability, and operational excellence while managing technical
• risks.
• Ensure all development complies with data security, privacy regulations, and best
• practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Technology, or similar senior leadership role in a
• tech-driven environment.
• Strong background in overseeing projects involving AI/ML, robotics, IoT, or complex
• software system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing technical teams from
• scratch.
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into robust
• technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
• A passionate leader excited to transform a traditional business through cutting-edge
• technology.
