Main Responsibilities Lead ESG reporting: act as the central coordinator for our ESG reporting. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and other teams to make sure our disclosures are accurate and delivered on time. Drive CSR strategy: design and implement our corporate social responsibility strategy. You will make sure our initiatives aren't just "feel-good" projects but actually support and align with our business goals. Manage NGO partnerships: take the lead on our relationships with the NGO sector. This involves working with our current partners and proactively finding new organizations globally that fit our mission. Execute internal & external projects: create and run ESG/CSR projects for both our employees and the public. You will be responsible for the full execution, coordinating with various teams to get things done. Collaborate with stakeholders: work with senior leadership across the company to ensure our sustainability goals bring real value and are integrated into how we operate. Advocacy and representation: serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex frameworks into actionable insights and representing our initiatives in high-level meetings and public forums. Core Requirements ESG & CSR experience: proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of global reporting frameworks (such as GRI, CSRD, etc), current regulatory landscape and a track record of building mutually beneficial, long-term strategic alliances with NGO partners. Strong managerial and coordination skills: you are a natural at project management and feel comfortable leading initiatives that require help from many different departments. Skilled at high-level stakeholder management: you are an approachable and diplomatic communicator, flexible enough to find the right path forward while confidently aligning senior leaders and diverse teams across the company. Professional communication: excellent English skills and the ability to give clear, impactful presentations to any audience. Strategic mindset: you can see the big picture and find ways to make our ESG and CSR strategies drive real value.
