About the role
๐ Location : Bali, Indonesia The Group Sales Manager for Food Services (FS) is responsible for executing regional strategies aligned with the National Food Service direction, with a strong focus on driving penetration across key operators. Responsibilities
- Sales Execution
- Implement and track sales strategies and execution within the region, ensuring daily tracking of execution.
- Coordinate sales efforts within the sales team and collaborate with other internal departments, especially Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Keep abreast of best practices in food services across the region and other areas to maximize opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts based on performance and business insights in the respective area to achieve KPIs for forecast accuracy.
- Distributor & Customer Management
- Identify and engage new potential food services customer or segment in target to expand market coverage.
- Provide review on marketing support effectiveness along with JBP food services operator to provide the mutual benefits with FS operator and company.
- Provide review on food services wholesaler to provide the best solution for demand creation.
- Maintain strong relationship with food services distributor with regular quarterly JBP and monthly MBR with food service distributor.
- Team Leadership
- Lead the sales team within the designated area, ensuring regular progress updates and performance tracking, and providing effective solutions to issues and challenges.
- Develop weekly work priorities and monitor monthly task completion to ensure KPI achievement.
- Conduct day-to-day coaching with the sales team to ensure performance tracking against specific KPIs.
- Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing distributors and customers within the food service industry, including target setting, activity planning, and performance review.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading sales teams within a designated area.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing , Business, Economics, or other related Social Sciences.
- Highly motivated and target-driven , with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales initiatives to deliver strong performance.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills , with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholder levels using a strong interpersonal approach.
- Technologically proficient , with experience in sales reporting, CRM tools, data analysis, and strong presentation skills.
