Job Description: Finance Executive Responsible for all Accounts Payable Functions. Ensure accurate posting of supplier invoices, reconciliation of payable and generate payment vouchers. Assist in Accounts Receivable Functions. Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of receivables for revenue from online & dine-in. Assist in bank reconciliation, receivables, payments, cash in hand, accruals, and prepayments. Assist in preparing monthly and yearly management Profit & Loss reports and meeting slides. Assist the Finance Manager in analyzing performance through management P&L reviews and cost management initiatives. Write and maintain minutes for management P&L meetings. Assist with bank credit facilities applications (trade facilities, overdrafts, and business term loans). Liaise with external auditors on year-end audits and statutory report preparation. Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers, tax authorities, bankers and outsourced service providers. Human Resource Conduct in-house weekly training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous professional development, while also addressing and resolving staff grievances promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment. Update and maintain the training manual, materials, and knowledge base platform, while keeping the World Manager 'TRS Academy App' up to date by designing and implementing a training framework to ensure full utilization of the portal. Assist in set-up Flowchart Mapping for all training structure, specific Company Policy SOPs (Bilingual), Risk Management Strategies Flowchart and Compliance Manual Book. Other ad hoc training-related duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalents Minimum 2 years working in accounting department preferably in the F&B industry. Good time management skills Meticulous and numerical savvy Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Team player with good communication skills.
