Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols. 6. Basic Computer Skills: a. Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication. 7. Any other Works : a. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Must possess at least a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. - At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position. - Experience from carpark industry will be of advantage. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments. - Basic communicate in simple English, Mandarin. - Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). - Full-Time position(s) available. - Holds valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license. - Willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays (if need to).
