- About You
- The essentials:
- 10-12 years of experience in strategy and planning within an agency or brand environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills , with a proven ability to guide and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset , with expertise in interpreting metrics and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills , capable of conveying sophisticated strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of executing innovative strategies that drive tangible business results.
- Not a must, but a plus:
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience within the local Spanish market combined with a global strategic outlook.
