- Proven success managing $MM portfolios , complex negotiations, and multi-stakeholder contracting.
- Strong AI/data fluency and ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.
- Exceptional executive presence and influencing skills.
- Track record of sales transformation and adoption of modern CRM tools (e.g., Sales Hub).
- Ability to lead matrixed teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
