Responsibilities
- Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture. Creation of "kindred spirits" while being a brand ambassador in front of the Musketeers and the On Premise network.
- Monitor image standard within the Musketeer team regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
- Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth by putting the national On Premise strategy into practice.

- TEAM FUNCTIONS & DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and continuously develop their regional business plan while securing the implementation and execution of plan within the region.
- Ensure short- and long-term strategies and activities are consistent with national priorities of Red Bull Canada and identify regional opportunities through analyzing market trends and account specific data to understand key business drivers.
- Communicate strategies to team in an effective manner and demonstrate belief and conviction in plans.
- Responsible for conducting training sessions with the team towards desired outcome.
- Coach, lead and train Musketeers on observed job-based strengths and opportunities.
- Spend a minimum of three (3) days per week in the field with their Musketeers.
- Develop individual Musketeer targets to ensure regional KPI achievement and drive a high-performance culture.
- Continuously seek out and engage potential qualified candidates that best fit the Musketeer profile.
- Screen applicants and effectively assess future candidates leveraging the company resources.
- Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene".
- Minimum of three (3) years sales experience with a strong history of success.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Management Experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate successfully.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fully understands and embraces the musketeer profile.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.
- This role requires regular travel; candidates must hold a valid, full driver's license
- EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
