Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Monitor and operate production processes on the shop floor and HMI/PLC systems to ensure safe and continuous plant operations. Comply with all safety, health, environmental, quality, and food safety standards, including cGMP, HACCP, EHS, and relevant ISO/FSSC requirements. Actively participate in safety programs, trainings, emergency drills, and hazard identification activities, and report any unsafe conditions or malfunctions. Operate, control, and troubleshoot plant equipment using PCS, PLC, SCADA systems, and direct shop floor support as required. Respond promptly to process deviations and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Accurately record process parameters, production data, and shift activities in accordance with approved work instructions. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and sanitation of the plant and assigned areas. Coordinate effectively with field operators, upstream/downstream teams, supervisors, and maintenance to ensure smooth shift handovers and process alignment. Support continuous learning by developing multi‑skill capabilities, promoting positive behaviors, and training or guiding new Process Operators. What Makes You the Right Fit Degree qualification in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations within chemical or food additive plants (preferred). Proven experience working with production control systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment, able to work in shifts. Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, processing equipment, and plant utilities. Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs) and standard operating/work instructions. Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and system navigation. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. How Would You Stand Out? Take responsibility for safety, quality, and food safety compliance during daily operations.
