Supply Chain Process Lead with Dutch Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź We are looking for a candidate with: Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes English and Dutch on min B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes) Hands-on experience with SAP system ( must have ) Experience in End2End Order Management Process Ability to create and maintain process documentation Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective in order to clarify and simplify them Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Your key activities: End2End Order management process (from order acquisition until order delivered to Customer door) capturing order entry/change/delivery creation/logistic process with creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions/invoicing Supporting customer queries and escalation process Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation).
