Responsibilities
- Support Test operation and maintenance/Troubleshoot of all Testing equipment
- Responsible for test equipment maintenance, calibration, PM and improvement.
- Online production test failure and testing low yield analysis dispose and follow-up.
- Online test equipment & accessories maintain and abnormality disposition.
- Support Daily Conversion with excess minimum of Conversion Daily following the Spec of different Customer requirement
- Identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and equivalent qualification.
- Min. 1 years of related job experience
- Knowledge of wafer fab facility process control and field instrument experience.
- Equipped with skill of Linux/Unix program.
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with IT/network function and configuration.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.
- Able to commit work rotating day and night shifts
- Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
- Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.
- Familiar with Tester/Prober system maintenance is a plus.
