Job Description Assisting VPs, Directors and Managing Directors in the origination and execution of M&A advisory transactions Assisting in M&A deal origination: (a) drafting marketing materials including pitch books and presentations; (b) detailed equity/debt analysis of clients/targets/situations including valuation; and (c) market research, competitor analysis and appropriate capital structure reviews (as relevant) Assisting in M&A deal execution: (a) valuation, pricing, and financial analysis; (b) key transaction administration (data room, Q&A, meeting coordination, etc) and/or deal documentation; (c) day-to-day process coordination and communication with clients and other advisers; (d) assistance in the drafting of transaction documentation; and (e) processing of documents for internal project approvals Liaising closely with colleagues in other product teams to deliver integrated solutions to ING's clients Monitoring relevant market information and collection of market data and dynamics in support of teams Assisting teams in maintaining relevant databases, filing systems and presentation templates Building knowledge of the activities and personnel of key clients, equity and debt products available in the market Maintaining familiarity with and strictly following internal and relevant regulatory policies and procedures Helping train and develop skills of junior bankers
