Weekend Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

Responsibilities

• As a Weekend Float DSP, you'll provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of residential programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
• Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting independence and community involvement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meals, medication administration, and personal care
• Maintaining a safe, positive environment
• Traveling between assigned programs as needed

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals
• Ability to adapt to different homes and support needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license preferred/required
• Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, mental health, or healthcare is helpful - but we will train the right person!
