This is a 12 months fixed term contract role. What will you do? We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to drive operational excellence in the management and maintenance of multiple application systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the effective operation, enhancement, and support of business-critical systems. Leveraging strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, you will facilitate requirements gathering, support change initiatives, optimize operational processes, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the application lifecycle. Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process workflows, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and standard operating procedures. Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and well-defined requirements for technical teams and vendors. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process reviews to ensure alignment and clarity. Conduct impact assessments for system enhancements, fixes, and change requests. Application Support & Process Improvement Analyze and map existing operational and support processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Continuously review and optimize support workflows to maximize service quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement process improvements and automation initiatives where appropriate. Establish and standardize support processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and release management. Monitor recurring issues and recommend preventive measures and long-term solutions. Delivery & Change Management Coordinate and monitor issue resolution, system enhancements, change requests, and maintenance activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business priorities. Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate system testing, deployment, and release activities, ensuring readiness across business users, vendors, and technical teams. Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure successful implementation of system enhancements, patches, and hotfixes. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors/contractors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, service levels, and timelines. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout support and enhancement initiatives. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and deliverables. Maintain release notes, user guides, training materials, and operational documentation. Reporting & Governance Track and report on application performance, support metrics, service levels, and operational KPIs. Prepare management reports on incidents, change requests, enhancement initiatives, and system health. Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to application maintenance and support. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to improve system reliability and operational effectiveness. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. Over 5 years of experience working as BA, working on agile project Have PMP certification or ever practice project management Have experience in both development and maintenance projects, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes. Have experience in working with outsourced vendor in tracking and monitoring deliverables Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). What do we offer in return?
