Ready to work with cutting-edge CAN XL ASICs and be at the forefront of hardware and software integration? Join us to make a significant impact on the development of a new evaluation kit and its ecosystem. As part of this internship, you will analyze the key parameters of the CAN XL ASIC and perform verification tests using the evaluation board. Additionally, you will contribute to the application of the Control Bridge system as a proof of concept. Working in an agile style, you will implement additional software features to meet requirements, while continuously evaluating the impact of the changes on the evaluation hardware. With the support of our hardware experts, you will also do a full characterization and documentation of all your work, including the signal response, within our testing environment. Finally, you will support the hardware and software development of an evaluation kit and its documentation. Education: studies in the field of Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Informatics, Physics or comparable Experience and Knowledge: proficiency in E/E Architecture, CAN and Automotive Ethernet developing and testing skills for new software features for embedded hardware programming languages including C/Python, with other languages preferred practical experience with Automotive MCU Software and Remote Control Protocol Personality and Working Practice: you approach your work with a careful and conscientious mindset, consistently delivering thorough and accurate results Work Routine: your on-site presence is required Enthusiasm: passion for electrical /electrical circuit, test and analysis Languages: fluent in English and very good in German Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 4 - 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
