The PPC team sits within the Marketing Growth team, and you will report directly to the Growth Team Lead. This is a leadership role with responsibility for paid acquisition performance and its impact on pipeline, revenue, and scalable international growth. You will bring together strategic ownership, hands-on expertise, and team leadership to ensure paid acquisition runs as a high-performing, commercially driven growth system. In this role, your focus extends beyond campaign performance to how PPC contributes to overall business growth. Main Responsibilities Own the overall strategy and direction of the PPC team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, OKRs, and growth priorities; Oversee execution of B2B multi-market PPC initiatives, translating business goals into scalable acquisition strategies that drive pipeline, revenue, and efficient customer acquisition; Manage and allocate acquisition budgets across channels, continuously optimizing spend based on performance, ROI, and growth potential; Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, generate insights, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency; Ensure experimentation and continuous optimization across bidding strategies, audiences, keywords, creatives, and funnel performance; Manage a team of 4 PPC Specialists; Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams and ensure stakeholder alignment across teams; Stay involved in the business context, proactively identifying growth opportunities, risks, and optimization areas without waiting for direction; Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI-powered tools to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making; Core Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience building and executing complex PPC strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social; 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 2 PPC specialists; Proven track record of leading global or multi-market PPC strategies in complex environments; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience turning data into business decisions; Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and ROI rather than solely platform metrics; Experience managing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions at scale; Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and aligning across teams; Hands-on approach with willingness to step into execution when needed; High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability;
