Responsibilities

  • Drive Awareness & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and adoption of Cricut Services offerings.

  • Monitor social trends and cultural moments to identify opportunities for timely and engaging campaigns.

  • Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Use customer insights and market trends to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, ambassadors, or affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social, email, paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, crafting, personalization, apparel, creator economy, or related industries is preferred.

Cricut is seeking a bold, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead awareness, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives across our Services portfolio, including Direct-to-Film (DTF), Finished T-Shirts, and Creative Lab products. This role is for a marketer who loves building excitement around new businesses, finding creative ways to reach customers, and developing campaigns that stand out in the marketplace.
