🚀 We're Hiring: Quality Engineer (Machine Vision - Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• ✅ Drive quality assurance activities across machine vision and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• ✅ Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• ✅ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure product quality and process improvements.
• ✅ Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• ✅ Conduct inspections, audits, and quality documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
• ✅ Support customer quality requirements and resolve customer quality concerns.
• ✅ Ensure products meet stringent semiconductor industry standards.

Requirements

• ✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ✔ Experience in Quality Engineering within the Semiconductor, Machine Vision, Precision Engineering, Automation, or Electronics Manufacturing industries.
• ✔ Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA .
• ✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
