About the role

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in UX Design
- Basic understanding of UX principles (flows, IA, usability)
- Experience with Figma
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English: medium-high level (comfortable working in English)
- AI usage to empower design process
- Interest or experience in ecommerce
- Familiarity with conversion, usability or CRO principles
- Experience in agency or digital environments
- Understanding of accessibility basics
- Portfolio
