About the role
Introduction: The Transfer Pricing Analyst's mission is to perform local transfer pricing compliance activities, support Corteva's businesses in the operational aspects of international related-party transactions, and review and ensure transfer pricing requirements and filings across Corteva's markets. The role partners closely with cross-functional business teams and collaborates with Tax Department and Transfer Pricing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. The position focuses on delivering high-quality results through timely and accurate execution. Your Challenge: Perform operational calculations of intercompany transfer pricing charges, ensuring the smooth execution of Corteva's transfer pricing models and proper implementation of the Corteva Global Transfer Pricing Policy. Run monthly reports in TP Tool/Gen II and monitor reselling Legal Entity PTE in accordance with policy guidelines. Manage Distribution and Commission Agreements, ensuring they are in place and up to date for all Legal Entities. Analyze pricing performance, including margin impact, potential incremental volume, consumer facing pricing, and competitive positioning, in line with Transfer Pricing Policy & Guidelines. Execute the monthly transfer pricing closing process. Support the global Tax organization with transfer pricing documentation, particularly during tax audits. Assist in the preparation of Master File and Local Files across multiple Corteva jurisdictions. Support relationships with auditors and external advisors on transfer pricing compliance matters, including maintaining documentation, manuals, and audit files. Participate in special projects (such as: SAP implementations, supply chain optimization, business integrations/separations, etc.). To grow what matters you will need: University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (SAP is a plus). Strong analytical skills; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a continuous improvement mindset. Business proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing/Tax is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player and proactive learner. Ability to work independently, showing initiative and sound judgment, particularly during month-end closing activities.
