You support the execution, optimization, and expansion of our customer acquisition programs, balancing hands-on operations within our affiliate networks, direct mail campaigns, and paid social initiatives. You collaborate closely with internal growth squads to recruit partners, coordinate multi-channel assets, and ensure our performance ecosystem runs with maximum efficiency. You combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to help execute campaigns that scale, resolve workflow blockers quickly, and deliver measurable enrollment growth. Your ability to understand channel dynamics, flex into emerging media, and drive measurable outcomes helps expand some of our most strategic acquisition pipelines. What you do each day: Research and identify potential affiliate partners, creators, and platform influencers to grow and diversify our acquisition footprint Implement end-to-end operational workflows for offline and online channels, including direct mail drops and paid social campaign setups Coordinate the onboarding of new marketing partners while nurturing existing relationships to sustain long-term channel performance Troubleshoot platform tracking discrepancies, attribution gaps, and software integrations to maintain high data fidelity Respond to partner inquiries with urgency while assisting external stakeholders with technical navigation and asset delivery Optimize campaign budgets, creative configurations, and copy requests by evaluating AI-driven insights with a critical eye to meet performance targets Execute collaborative campaigns across Product, GTM, Events, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure hit deadlines and boost process efficiency Formulate detailed presentation decks and deliver clear campaign results to key stakeholders across teams Share cross-channel tactical learnings and performance insights to support continuous iteration within the Growth department
