Automotive Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Meticulously inspect and provide an accurate assessment of the vehicles assigned to you for viewing to be of a minimum standard acceptable by CARRO for purchase.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards to all our customers.
• Clearly convey company policies and T&C of the transaction process to our customers.
• Deliver our company's fair price quotation within the stipulated SLA.
• Ensure all reports and documentations are up to date and accurate.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Team Manager.

Requirements

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving record
• Working experience with Google Docs or Sheets
• High attention to details and able to adapt to fast-paced changes
• Professional and Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Keen interest and passion in cars with a basic understanding of cars prices in Singapore is advantageous
