Business Development Executive

Requirements

• Secondary education or above.
• 1 year telemarketing or direct sales experience in banking industry is preferable.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Conduct telesales or outreach sales activities to promote banking related products. - Handle the sales application process and enquiries. - Achieve sales target and service pledges. - Conduct credit prescreening, pricing concession (credit-risk based) and handle appeal case on Unsecured loan application. - Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement. - Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers' and the Bank's interests. - Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. - Proactively seek to understand and meet customer needs by being attentive and resourceful and able to ask the customers questions to better understand their needs and concerns.
