Education & Experience: 3 years managerial experience in an outpatient medical, multi-provider, ambulatory or behavioral health clinic; OR 1 year experience in a medical or behavioral health billing service AND at least 3 years managerial experience AND a working, up-to-date knowledge of general office procedures and general business accounting OR Bachelor's degree in management, business or healthcare administration AND 3 years of supervisory experience OR Master's Degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or related degree AND 3 years managerial experience AND a working, up-to-date knowledge of general office procedures and general business accounting OR Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration. Epic experience preferred. People management skills preferred. Certification/Licensure: Maintain BLS as defined in area of practice.
