Program Manager Interns support implementation, maintenance and growth of a strategic program (e.g. Subscribe and Save, Deals, Family, Student, Smile, Fresh etc.). You will collaborate with different internal stakeholders to improve a program's offering and its benefits for our customers. You will contribute to optimize visibility across our website and selectively activate our marketing channels to increase customer conversion and retention. You help on reporting program performance, benchmark competitors and other marketplaces to seek opportunities to innovate, and present findings to senior leaders. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate project management skills and deliver impactful results in a competitive and dynamic business climate. Interns at Amazon Brazil work 6hs a day (30hs/week) for 12 - 24 months. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to working on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.
