Responsibilities

  • Ensure team members follow organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Make sure team members have access to the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and leadership to align staff efforts with overall company goals.
  • Leverage professional networks to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Minimum Requirements
  • BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering AND 6+ years of experience in a technical discipline with 2+ years of line management, or a demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
  • Successful candidates will pass a background check, motor vehicle records check
  • Due to the nature of the work, a US citizen or permanent resident is required.
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Master's Degree
  • 10+ years related experience
  • California Professional Engineer
  • Previous Remediation Experience on RCRA and/or CERCLA work
