Responsible for overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals Lead all technology efforts and create the technology roadmap and plan, outlining clear goals and executing on the plan in conjunction with organizational goals Ensuring alignment across all touch points Evaluate the company's technology opportunities by closely monitoring ongoing industry developments and consumer trends on a continuous basis Leverage the latest technology by effectively employing data analytics, machine learning, enhancing customer and end-user experience Standardizing on an Agile software development process across the organization as appropriate Further refine standard KPIs and reporting to evaluate business performance against desired results Work with the Marketing Leadership Team to identify and implement marketing technologies that will help the team exceed their goals Support enterprise in change management efforts across the enterprise as it related to digital, experience, innovation and culture Lead, manage and develop the technology team, coaching for development opportunities and fostering a collaborative, open team environment Oversee and ensure systems and data security from internal and external threats Collaborate with operational teams to build improved system processes across the entire Oversee project management of all IT initiatives, ensuring that design, development and launch are executed on-time and within budget Responsible for defining business plans for the creation, maintenance and advancement of existing business solutions in order to meet strategic goals Supervisory Responsibilities Manages assigned staff in the segment area. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Supports and enforces all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, taking corrective action whenever necessary. Client Responsibilities This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written). One must be able to; manage difficult or emotional client situations; Respond promptly to client needs; Solicit client feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance from clients; Meet commitments to clients.
