Senior Finance - Fast-Growth Boutique Investment firm - Up to £125k Bonus & Hybrid & Flexible working

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a high-performing boutique investment firm in a broad and commercially interesting finance role spanning both fund accounting and management company finance. You will join a lean, high-calibre non-investment team and work closely with senior leadership in a role that offers genuine breadth, visibility and progression. The position covers oversight of both ManCo and fund finance, with responsibility for reviewing outsourced accounting, overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounts, audit coordination, budgeting, cash management and broader corporate matters such as intercompany balances and transfer pricing. On the fund side, you will work closely with operations and senior management across multiple vehicles, P&Ls and NAVs, bringing stronger accounting oversight to NAV review, reconciliations, audit support and fund control. The role also offers the opportunity to improve existing processes and help build a more scalable finance infrastructure as the platform continues to grow and launch new products. We are looking for a qualified accountant with c.5 years' PQE and relevant buy-side experience within an alternative asset manager, hedge fund or broader investment management business. Candidates should have a strong grounding in management company finance and fund accounting oversight, with the confidence to review outsourced providers, operate in a lean environment and engage directly with senior stakeholders. Exposure to cross-asset products would be helpful, and the role will particularly suit someone who enjoys combining technical finance ownership with broader commercial involvement.
