- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality construction documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, while contributing innovative ideas to project design and execution.
- Ability to follow and uphold LPA standards and procedures.
