Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate In-Room Dining menu items overnight in accordance with established recipes and brand standards

  • Strong knife skills, with the ability to execute a variety of cuts consistently and precisely
  • Ability to read and prioritize tasks from a prep list, determining the most efficient order of completion
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills to ensure duties are completed efficiently
  • An attentive listener with the ability to follow directions precisely to achieve desired results
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
  • Food Safe Certification required
