Build Our Future Together The Executive Director, Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (TPK/PD), will be responsible for managing a broad team or multiple teams of scientists functioning in one or more therapeutic focus areas of the corporate development portfolio. In this capacity, the Executive Director is accountable for the successful and timely completion of all assignments encompassing a broad array of deliverables in support of corporate strategic goals. The Executive Director is expected to apply both logistical and strategic initiatives as well as incorporate novel and creative scientific approaches. When & where: Work Location: Tarrytown, NY Hybrid: 4 days per week on site Discover your role: In concert with the Vice President, Translational PK/PD, manage and mentor a broad spectrum of individual contributing scientists, managers, and Group Directors. Responsible for performance management and assessment of staff and provides guidance and training to enable their success. Accountable for the performance and results of a broad team within the defined scope of functional responsibilities. Utilizing a mastery level of PK/PD knowledge and strategic leadership skills, effectively develop and implement strategic analyses in support of research and development projects. Provides technical guidance and mentoring of colleagues within the TPKPD function and across the organization. Accountable for the PK/PD evaluation of the portfolio of products or projects and/or highly complex projects that are wide in scope. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Influential across the organization to include individual contributors (in and out of function), and other functional managers, as well as Sr Management, management within PMx, development program teams, and other Regeneron Functional areas across the organization. Represent Translational PK in the absence of the Vice President, TPK/PD This role requires: PhD, in pharmacokinetics or a biological or related discipline (e.g. pharmacology, toxicology, biology. biochemistry, pharmaceutical science). 15+ Years of relevant experience Does this sound like you?
